Tyra Corona is the founder and principal consultant at Corona Consulting Group, bringing over 15 years of experience in executive leadership and team coaching, culture transformation, and organizational design. With a diverse background across industries, including life sciences, healthcare, technology, and nonprofits, she specializes in helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential and live their purpose. Tyra uses evidence-based approaches, blending organizational development, neuroscience, and human psychology to drive sustainable growth and performance. She has a Master’s in Organizational Development and is certified in Evidence-Based Coaching, OKRs (Objective and Key Results), ScrumMaster, and Leadership Circle Profile 360-Review, among others. Tyra is passionate about empowering values-driven leaders to create lasting organizational change.
