Hi, I’m Tyra (pronounced like tira-misu).

I am a lifelong learner with warm energy and an ability to see human dynamics in order to move teams to a flow state and leaders to scale. In addition to being a culture worker and change maker, I am an artist, a mama, an advocate; with a call to live life on purpose, aligned with spiritual principles.

I have had the honor of coaching clients for 15 years and come with 20 years of experience in the field of human development. I earned my Masters Degree in Organization Development at Sonoma State University, an Evidence Based Coaching Certificate through Fielding Graduate University, and a Bachelors in Critical Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. As a lifelong learner, I have earned many certifications along the way, including: DiSC, Leadership Circle Profile 360-review, Scrum Master, OKRs.

There are three beliefs that drive my work:

As a practitioner, I am a culture worker, change-maker and human development coach. I have a record of helping leaders scale their success, and have led sustainable change efforts within complex systems with competing priorities. I take great pride in developing and delivering adult learning experiences that engage even the most cynical participants. I am confident working with all; front-line staff to C-suite.
