Tyra is a coach, consultant, and founder Corona Consulting Group.
For more than 15 years, Tyra has helped executives and teams transform the way they lead, collaborate, and create change. Her approach is rooted in organizational development, neuroscience, and humanistic psychology—blending evidence-based practices with deep empathy, systemic thinking, and real-world experience.
She’s worked with clients across life sciences, healthcare, tech, education, nonprofits, and professional services, including global pharmaceutical companies and mission-driven startups. Whether coaching a VP through organizational transformation or leading a culture strategy for a cross-functional team, Tyra brings a unique combination of rigor, warmth, and insight to every engagement.

Tyra’s professional journey began in the lab, studying the brain’s capacity for change. That early curiosity evolved into a lifelong commitment to transformation—personal, organizational, and systemic.
Her diverse career spans roles in executive coaching, leadership development, and consulting. She’s held leadership positions including Director of Learning and Development, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Manager in Accenture’s Leadership & Culture practice, where she led strategic initiatives in culture change, OKR implementation, and team performance for Fortune 500 clients.
She has also designed and facilitated leadership programs, innovation workshops, and large-scale retreats—helping teams shift from apathy to alignment, and from reactivity to resilience.
Tyra is a lifelong learner, a devoted mentor, and a believer in the power of reflection, community, and joy. When she’s not facilitating transformation, you’ll find her reading, hiking in the redwoods, or hosting soulful retreats for leaders who want to lead with purpose.
Credentials & Training
Tyra holds a Master’s in Organizational Development from Sonoma State University and a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Critical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She completed Evidence-Based Coaching training at Fielding Graduate University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
